Where the idea came from

On a short break to visit family in Antrim, Northern Ireland, we stayed at Stable Court where there was this intriguing-looking hut. It wasn't the reason for staying there, but it has influenced our choice of where to stay for our next visit in the Spring.

We found we could book the Grill Hut (or Grillkota) for an evening and we had a great time barbecuing inside a cosy  nordic cabin. It was so much fun we wanted to be able to do it again. We have always enjoyed cooking outside but been restricted to the warmer afternoons and evenings of the summer months. The Grill Hut makes it possible to make up a camp fire or a barbecue at any time of year and in almost any weather.

So I thought about it and began to look around for where I could source one.
